Description

Our Vegetable and Fruit processing line is suitable for washing fruits such as apple, cherry, mangoes, litchi, tomato, hawthorn, plum, mangosteen, lemon, etc. or leafy/root vegetables such as spinach, leek, cabbage, celery, scallion, mushrooms, carrot, eggplant, hot pepper, cucumber, towel gourd, herbs etc.

From washing, removal of dirt, drying, to transportation, all the stage are finished by machines, It fully achieved mechanization for agricultural products instead of heavy manual labor. Our Machines are applied for factory, hotel, restaurant and farm, can wash all kinds of vegetable s and fruits thoroughly without damage.

Our processing line adopts high-quality SUS304 stainless steel, strictly according to China National food export standard; each single machine in this processing line can be customized according to user’s special processing need, to highly meet user’s technical requirements.

Our Vegetable Fruit Air Bubble washing machine can clean vegetables and fruits with high pressure water power and strong bubbles agitation for removal of dirt. with big cleaning ability, high cleaning rate without damage materials ( of vegetables or fruits).  After several times tumped and cleaning, the materials is carried to the conveyor to the next stage. The machine can also be fitted with secondary fresh water spraying or surface moisture reducing air blowers (Drying line for Vegetable) then conveyed to the collection platform for manual sorting.
