Our GT-SF6000 Egg Breaking and Separating Machine(with filter) is our new design with China No.1 Unique technology .After separating egg white and yolk, this machine can also filter eggshell remained in egg white and yolk.

Working Process:
Egg loading-Egg breaking-Egg separating-Filter (egg white and yolk liquid)

First:Egg loading 
put the eggs on the tray of egg breaker machine, then the machine will convey the eggs to breaking part,

Second: Egg Breaking

Third:Egg Separating (separate egg white and yolk)
after breaking ,the whole egg liquid flow along metallic groove;during the this stage,the egg white liquid flow to the under groove from the groove gap and the egg yolk flow to another groove;
Finally:Filter –the after separated egg white and yolk will be filtered by the Egg Filter.

Machine Vision Recognition System:
Our GT-SF6000 Egg Breaking and Separating Machine(with filter) can equipment with Machine Vision Recognition System, after separating , Machine Vision Recognition System can automatically remove the damaged  egg yolks ,greatly reduced labor cost.
