3.Description:

1.This Egg Breaking and Separating Machine is made of food grade 304 stainless steel materials, conform to the hygiene standard; it realized the egg yolk and white separate automatically, great reduced the egg liquid’s waste and labor cost .

4.Egg Breaking Way:

Firstly, the egg in the egg clip through the knocking of metal, the egg will fall into the egg cup;

Then the egg liquid is flowing into the egg cup by the small hole at the bottom of the egg cup;

Finally it achieved  the effect of the egg yolk and white separation.

After breaking ,the eggshell at least stay above the egg liquid collection plate for 5 seconds, to ensure that in the greatest extent the egg liquid in the eggshell fall into the plate.
